WHAT A DIFFERENCE

    When someone is traveling on the highway and is doing their best to abide by the traffic laws, they have no anxiety or concern where any particular law enforcement may be.  It makes no difference to them because

they are abiding by the laws and so have nothing to fear. 

    On the other hand, when someone is purposely breaking the traffic laws they are anxiously looking to see where any law enforcement may be.  They spend much effort and fret looking behind every bridge or group of trees where an officer may be hiding.  And, if they should get pulled over and receive a ticket for their purposeful or careless breaking of the law they then get mad at the officer for his performing his job to assist with public safety.
